Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions we get:
Question: Do you take sibling photos?
Answer: Of Course! We will take sibling photos as well as coach/player photos. Most times we do not know who the siblings are so if you want to take a sibling or coach/player photo please make sure to let your photographer know.
Question: Is there a makeup day?
Answer: Technically no. If you miss your scheduled picture day, you may come to our next scheduled shoot only if it is the following weekend. Please contact your team for more information regarding if this applies to you. Thank you!
Question: I am wanting the ALL FILES package on picture day. Do you take Venmo?
Answer: At this time no. We can offer this package at this price by eliminating credit card and online hosting fees. For this package, we only accept cash at picture day.
Question: My son really wants a banner but we did not purchase one at picture day. Can we still purchase one?
Answer: Yes! You can purchase a banner online up to a week before your homecoming game. Contact your team mom or check your email for details and links!
Question: Help! I did not purchase pictures at picture day, is it too late to order?
Answer: It is not too late to order. You will be sent an online gallery link via the email you provided on the registration form. Please make sure to use a valid email for this. Your team mom will also have the link, please reach out to them for more info!
Question: When will pictures be ready?
Answer: Typical turnaround time is two weeks from picture day.
Question: How long will I have to order my pictures?
Answer: All picture galleries expire at the end of the year, 12/31/2023. However, we offer special pricings and discounts for the first 48 hours. Regular gallery prices and products are valid for 30 days after gallery launch. After 30 days, galleries will have limited purchasing options and products will be slightly higher to offset archival fees.
Question: Where are my pictures?
Answer: You will get a notification via email and possibly SMS/TEXT with the link to your photos about 2 weeks after picture day. If after 2 weeks you did not get a link, please check your junk mail folder and/or contact your team mom. We use one link for all players in your organization.
